Conduct System
In each term, the students’ behavioural practice would be graded by the school authority. The grade is classified into A, B, C, D.(A: excellent B: good C: average D: poor.)
The conduct grade of each student, is jointly approved by the class teachers and the subject teachers, who refer to the performance of the student on such item as hardworking, self-disciplined, humble, honest, neat, respectful, and enthusiastic etc.
Rewards
Students would be awarded according to their performance and enthusiasm in service. The rewards includes reward cards offering and merits (minor or major) keeping.
Punishment
For those students, who violate school rules repeatedly or seriously, would be suspended from the class by the school authority. The length of the suspension is determined by the school authority.
During the suspension period, the school will invite the parents to school for ascertaining the appropriate methods to teach the students, and resuming classes.

Rewards
Students with the following performance, teachers would grant merits, minor merit or major merit
- Participation in extracurricular activities, outstanding performance
- Participation in school services, excellent performance
- For the honor of the school
- Outstanding performance in the classroom
- Prefect, monitor or student leaders who can be loyal to the duty
- Well-performance as the cadet of the Students’ Union
- With a special contribution to the promotion of Christianity
Punishment
- Any of the following violations can be punished with a black mark
- Vandalizing the school environment or order
- Speaking foul language
- Carrying the prohibited items back to school
- Absence from school
- Repeatedly late or late for more than fifteen minutes
- Absence without medical certificate
- Wearing school uniform in an inproper way
- Do not hand in homeworks
- Any of the following can be recorded in one or two minor demerits
- Disrespect for or deceive the teacher
- Bullying
- Absent for a day
- Fake parent signature
- Gambling
- Smoking or drinking
- Any one of the following, may be recorded one or more over or accept other appropriate penalties
- Destruction or defacement of public or private property
- Cheating in test or examination
- Unauthorized change of Report Card
- Stealing
- Fighting
- Bully others at will
- Insult teachers
- Damage to school reputation./ Tarnish on the reputation of school
Note: Teachers will arrange appropriate penalties and teachings, other than the above mentioned punishments, for those students with misconducts.
Uniform and Appearance
- Students should be in full school uniform on the campus unless an announcement is made to the contrary.
- Students should maintain a plain, neat and healthy image at all times.
- Hairstyles should be neat and simple. No perming, dyeing or bleaching is allowed. Fancy appearance, nail polishing and make-up are prohibited. Accessories, such as ring, earring, ear-pin and/or other accessories are not allowed.

Students should wear school uniform or school PE uniform when attending school activities. On occasions when students are allowed to have casual wear for their activities, they should adhere to the following casual dress guidelines:
- All clothes should be plain and neat.
- T-shirt or shirt, long jeans or long pants (black/blue) and sports shoes are advised;
- Do not wear vest, leggings, hot pants or short skirts; do not wear sandals, high-top shoes or high heels; do not wear accessories.
- No make-up will be allowed.
- Students must adhere to the ‘General Requirements of School Uniform and Appearance’ for hair style requirement.

Question 1 : What is meants by “lateness”?
Students are required to school by 8:05 a.m. for morning session and before 1:45p.m. for afternoon session (special schedule 12:45p.m.)
In addition, students who need change location, must reach the place as soon as possible, undue delay would be regarded as lateness.
Question 2 : What would be the punishment for a student who comes to school late?
